A natural hardwood dog chew toy.
It is the root of a special heath variety that grows a maximum of 30 kilometres from the Mediterranean or Atlantic and is then ecologically correct harvested for this dog toy, among other things.
The root is native to countries such as Portugal, Spain or Greece, but they can also be found in the barren, hard ground of La Gomera or Madeira. This heather chew root comes from Portugal.
The great advantage of heather chewing roots is that they do not splinter and are very robust. Your dog can chew it to their heart's content and hold the root! The ayka chewing roots get a little smaller over time because thinner areas can be gradually chewed or rasped off.
